Workshop made possible through the support of the Swiss Embassy in Lebanon
This workshop is centered on cultivating the flow of energy by engaging all curves of the body in movement. Participants will explore rhythm, walking, tactile awareness, and improvisation, culminating in the creation of sequences either individually or in collaboration with a partner. Emphasizing the ‘memory of touch’ as a sensory guide rather than focusing solely on physical form, this practice taps into a nuanced and instinctual inner awareness. Through experimentation with speed, rhythm, and musicality, participants will integrate abstract concepts into tangible movements, always mindful of the essence from which they originated.
