Workshop in Beirut made possible with the support of the British Council in Lebanon

The workshop aims at developing movement composition and improvisation tools and strategies based on a rhythmic approach, increasing grounded and sequenced movement, and improving sense of control of the body. In a “time awareness frame”, we will work on different elements such as body weight, shape, verticality, partnering, and group rhythmic actions. The main focus is to bring the participants attention to the pulse, subdivisions, accents, and being aware of the musical time in which the movement evolves.
